SERAYA POWER STATION (FO OPS) Vessel is suitable for Jetty 1 & 2. There will be tidal restrictions for her berthing/unberthing at Jetty 1 & 2 if her draft exceeds 11.4m and 11.1m respectively. Her Summer displacement of 131,060MT exceeded Jetty 1 & 2 acceptance criteria of 127,000MT. Vessel should be reminded that her displacement should not exceed 127,000MT at all times. Vessel's ballast freeboard including the manifold height is within Jetty 1 & 2 MLAs working envelopes.
